What is arthritis?

Arthritis is a common condition that causes inflammation in one or more joints, leading to discomfort, swelling, and stiffness. There are several types of arthritis, with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis being the most common. Arthritis can affect people of all ages but is more common as we get older.

What causes arthritis?

Stretch gently and change positions frequently
